Any product brought from Duo Hair Extensions will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. If there is a problem with a lost package, you must contact your local post office. Duo Hair Extensions will not be responsible for any lost packages.
For international shipping, we ship via FedEx. FedEx cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is requested. Shipping can between 7-21 business days. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs' fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.
